COOKIE POLICY

This Cookie Policy explains how ESG Cleaning LTD and Get Work Limited use cookies and similar technologies on this landing page.

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies can also store or access information on your device.

Who uses cookies on this page

This landing page is operated for ESG Cleaning LTD using services provided by Get Work Limited. Depending on the technology concerned, cookies may be set by us, by Get Work, or by third-party providers used to operate, measure or secure the landing page.

Why we use cookies and similar technologies

We may use the following categories:

• Strictly necessary technologies – to make the page work, keep it secure, route traffic, submit forms, remember your cookie choices, prevent abuse and support core functionality.
• Analytics / measurement technologies – to understand how people use the page, measure performance and improve the page and service.
• Functionality technologies – to remember display or preference choices and improve the way the page works.
• Marketing technologies – to measure ad effectiveness or support advertising-related features, where enabled.

Our legal basis

Where PECR requires consent, we will ask for your permission before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies. Where a PECR exception applies, we will explain this in our cookie inventory and give you the controls required by law.

Where the use of cookies involves personal data, we will also rely on an appropriate UK GDPR lawful basis, usually consent or legitimate interests depending on the context and the applicable PECR rule.

Your choices

When you first visit this page, you will be able to choose whether to accept or reject non-essential cookies, or manage your preferences. Non-essential cookies will not be set unless:

• you have consented; or
• a PECR exception applies and the technology is used only within that exception.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Manage cookies” link, found in the footer of this page.

Live cookie inventory

We keep a live inventory of the cookies and similar technologies used on this page. The inventory sets out:

• the cookie or technology name;
• the provider;
• whether it is first-party or third-party;
• its category;

You can view the live inventory here: https://www.getwork.co.uk/cookie-list/

If this landing page is part of Get Work’s shared landing-page stack, the inventory may be maintained centrally by Get Work, but it must accurately identify the technologies actually used on this page or on this class of customer landing pages.

Third parties

Some technologies on this page may be provided by third parties such as hosting, analytics, telephony, consent-management or advertising providers. Information about Get Work’s authorised sub-processors and relevant third-party platforms is available here: https://www.getwork.co.uk/sub-processors/

International transfers

Some third-party providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards will be used.

Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy and the live inventory from time to time to reflect changes to the technologies used on this page.
